myGRC is Coming Soon!

Upcoming Launch of the New myGRC

Please be advised that in order to accommodate the launch of the new myGRC system, GRC's current platforms will be offline for approximately one week, beginning Friday, April 8th.

We are pleased to announce that the all new myGRC system will be available for use beginning in mid-April of 2022. The system is a state-of-the-art, custom platform, and we're incredibly proud to share it with you.

For more information on how this will affect you, please review the detailed descriptions below.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we make this transition.

How this Change Affects You

GRC's current platforms will be offline for approximately one week, beginning Friday, April 8th.

If you are a Conference Chair, this includes access to the current myGRC system, as well as the Chair's Meeting Management system. During this time, you will not be able to register for your Gordon Research Conference or Seminar, or access details about your current applications and registrations, make acceptances, or update your conference program.

Important information to note:

  • New applications and registrations to your conference will be suspended for all conferees during this time. We would encourage you to mention to your invited participants to encourage them to complete registration prior to this timeframe.

  • If you are a 2022 conference or seminar chair, and planned to provide registration fee support in the form of a “pre-allocation” in the budget, you should plan to do so prior to April 8th, as you will be unable to do so while the system is down.

  • If you have shared your contribution link, during this period, it will redirect contributors to contact GRC staff should they prefer to make a manual contribution (check or wire) during this time.

If you are a Conferee, this includes access to the current myGRC system. During this time, you will not be able to apply or register for a Gordon Research Conference or Seminar, or access details about your current applications and registrations.

Important information to note:

  • New applications and registrations will be suspended for all conferees during this time. If you are attending GRC or GRS that is upcoming in late April or early May, and have not completed registration to attend, it is suggested you do so as soon as possible to ensure you are all set.

  • You will not have access to your current applications and registrations in myGRC at this time, and will be unable to update your accommodation preferences, dietary requests, or poster information through your account.

If you are a Contributor, and would like to support a Gordon Research Conference or Seminar, you will be unable to do so using the online contribution link during this time.

Important information to note:

  • If you would like to make a contribution manually during this brief period, please contact grc@grc.org with your contact information and the conference you would like to support, and our finance team will work with you directly.
  • If you submitted a contribution during the week of April 8th, your acknowledgment letter and confirmation may be delayed.
