We have missed you and are thrilled to begin operating a limited, in-person conference season this fall in California and New England. Applications are open for the 2021 conference season so be sure to secure your spot at the frontiers of science today.

GRC remains committed to our mission to advance the frontiers of science and provide an international forum for the presentation and discussion of frontier research in the biological, chemical, physical and engineering sciences, and their interfaces. Now more than ever, we look forward to continuing to carry out our mission.

The health and safety of our attendees remain GRC’s top priorities, and we will:
•  continue to monitor all health and safety guidelines provided by the federal and state governments,
•  continue to work closely with our venues to take all necessary precautions and welcome our attendees back safely,
•  offer GRC masks to all attendees,
• require all attendees to provide one of the following: proof of vaccination, a negative COVID-19 test, or proof of antibodies.

Applications are also open for the 2022 conference season which is set to be our largest conference season yet! Registration for these conferences will open in September.

Thank you for your continued support of GRC, and we look forward to seeing you in person soon.

The Power Hour

GRC has had a longstanding commitment to inclusion and addressing the challenges women and all underrepresented groups face in achieving equity in science.  The Power Hour promotes conversations about the barriers to inclusivity within its 400 communities and has been incredibly popular with both men and women, reflecting growing conversations in the sciences about issues including unconscious bias, mentoring and sponsorship, strategies for addressing harassment and inappropriate behavior, and the culture change needed to support the professional growth of all scientists.

The GRC Community

You'll always remember your first GRC.

"This is a test of a 4th testimonial"
- test 4th testimonial

"GRCs are different from other scientific conferences because they are organized by members of the community, they emphasize new results and they are structured to provide enough time (free of distractions) to interact meaningfully."

- 2014 GRC Attendee

"I volunteered to Chair a GRC because I was always impressed by the excellence of the GRC, and having an opportunity to shape one of them was a great honor and a fantastic challenge."

- 2014 GRC Chair

The Gordon Research Conferences provide an international forum for the presentation and discussion of frontier research in the biological, chemical, and physical sciences, and their related technologies.

Gordon Research Conferences (GRC) are:

  • Created by scientists, for scientists
  • Forums to discuss pre-publication research at the forefront of
    your field
  • Informal communities of experts in the field
  • A great opportunity to network with your peers

Gordon Research Seminars (GRS) are:

  • Organized by and for young investigators
  • A way to interact with leaders who may later serve as mentors

Supporting GRC

Gordon Research Conferences is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building communities that advance the frontiers of science.

Contributions made to the GRC Frontiers of Science Fund are used to benefit all of GRC’s scientific communities.
